Jennifer is our dedicated office manager, available during the day Monday through Thursday to address any questions you may have and provide valuable support. Meanwhile, Stacy, Shelby, and Leah our knowledgeable receptionists, are here to assist you with all your appointment needs, ensuring that your experience is seamless and efficient.

Charlotte Irwin

FOUNDER

Owner and founder of C.F.T.H.A. for over 30 years, graduated from Health Enrichment Massage School in 1992. Charlotte has hundreds of hours in the study of Lomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii. She teaches Lomi-Lomi massage, a 150-hour Reflexology Course and Aromatherapy classes. Charlotte is also the author of Massage Your Business, with Purpose, Passion, and Perseverance, and the director of Guardian Massage & Reflexology Program, an approved 650-hour state-licensed massage therapy program.

Jeanine

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Jeanine has a lifelong passion for energy and bodywork healing. She received her training at The Inspirit School of Healing Arts in Orlando, Florida, and later returned to Michigan to become certified in reflexology through the Guardian Massage & Reflexology Program. Jeanine developed a deep appreciation for the atmosphere at the Center for Healing Arts and Massage. She offers a variety of massage techniques, including Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Pregnancy massages.

Mitch

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Mitch, a proud 2008 graduate of Guardian Massage & Reflexology School, is a licensed massage therapist and a member of AMBP. With a strong focus on sports massage, he brings a unique understanding of athletic needs, honed by his active involvement in hockey. Mitch not only plays the game, but he also dedicates his time to coaching young hockey players, sharing his passion and expertise. Mitch’s background as a professional hockey player in Romania, combined with his skills as a massage therapist, allows him to deliver exceptional care tailored to athletes and active individuals alike

Karen

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Karen, a dedicated massage therapist who graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2015. With her state licensing and membership with ABMP, she is fully equipped to provide exceptional care. Karen excels in various techniques, including hot stone therapy, therapeutic massage, relaxation, pregnancy massage, and deep tissue techniques. Diane

COLON HYDROTHERAPIST

Diane is a certified colon hydrotherapist and a proud member of the International Association of Colon Therapy (IACT). For the past 35 years, Diane has been on a mission to help people achieve better health through Colon Hydrotherapy (colonics). Time after time, she hears how life-changing the experience can be from her clients, who often say things like, “I’m so glad I came in; I feel incredible!”

Carla graduated from the Michigan School of Myomassology in 2004. She is a National Certified Massage Therapist and a member of ABMP. Carla specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage to help clients relieve tension and improve overall well-being.

Christopher

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Christopher is a 2004 graduate of the Michigan Myomassology Institute. As professional state licensed therapist and member of AMBP, he specializes in deep tissue work employing a clinical approach to effectively solve problems and release muscle restrictions. His expertise and commitment ensure optimal results for his clients.

Gosia

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Gosia is a highly skilled massage therapist, proudly graduating from Irene’s Myomassology in 1999. With a specialization in deep tissue and myofascial release, Gosia has dedicated the last 20 years to advancing her expertise through numerous courses in various bodywork modalities. Her passion for continuous learning empowers her to enhance her clients’ well-being effectively. In addition to deep tissue and therapeutic massage, Gosia excels in Lomi Lomi massage, reflexology, and lymphatic massage, making her an exceptional choice for comprehensive therapeutic care.

Marlene

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Marlene, a proud graduate of Guardian Massage and Reflexology Program in 2014, is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to enhancing well-being. As a member of ABMP, she brings professionalism and expertise to her practice. Marlene specializes in several techniques, including relaxation, therapeutic massage, reflexology, and the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. She also has additional training in lymphatic drainage and reflexology for plantar fasciitis, highlighting her commitment to meeting different therapeutic needs. MASSAGE THERAPIST

Jennifer specializes in several massage modalities, including prenatal massage, decompression cupping, hot stone therapy, lymphatic drainage massage and therapeutic/relaxation sessions. With over a decade of experience in massage therapy since 2009, she skillfully tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Laura

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Laura is 2018 graduate of Guardian Massage and Reflexology Program. She is a member of ABMP, and her specialties include, therapeutic, deep tissue, pregnancy, plantar fasciitis, aroma therapy, headache relief, pregnancy, and post stroke therapies. Laura enhances her services with essential oils, hot rocks, hot bamboo sticks, cupping, and hot towels. These techniques provide an extra layer of comfort and create a revitalizing experience for every client.

Michelle

ESTHETICIAN

Our skin care professional, Michelle, a 2019 graduate of Elevate Salon Institute, brings her passion for beauty and wellness to The Center for the Healing Arts. She offers invigorating facials, mediCupping, back treatments, body scrubs and body wraps, empowering clients to feel their best. With additional services like photo light therapy, paraffin hand dips, and tints for lashes or brows, Michelle is dedicated to enhancing the skin and spirit of everyone who visits.

Brenda

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Brenda is a 2015 graduate of Guardian Massage School, she is a state-licensed massage therapist and reflexologist, and a member of ABMP. She is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of her clients by specializing in exceptional relaxation techniques, therapeutic massage, while also offering cupping massage therapy to promote overall health and recovery.

Andrea

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Andrea is 2024 Graduate of Guardian Massage & Reflexology School. Preceding that, she has also graduated from the University of Michigan with a Major in Biology, and Minors of Environmental education and Cultural Anthropology. Andrea is trained in Aromatherapy, as well as Reiki energy techniques. She previously worked in physical therapy as a Rehab technician for years before switching her career focus. Andrea has always had a passion for the Healing practices, and craves constant learning and knowledge, continuously increasing her skill base. Along with therapeutic and deep massage, Andrea specializes in Reflexology, Lymph massage and Aromatherapy.

All therapists are graduates of a state-licensed school, and members of a professional organization, plus licensed by the State of Michigan, verifying their education and credentials as professional massage therapists.
