This Yoga class is geared to all levels. We practice pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and dhyana (meditation). Allow yourself this opportunity to just focus on your body, mind, and breath.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class.
The drop-in rate is $11 per person. There's also a 10-week session that starts on Wednesday, January 10th for $90.00.
